Transport Fleet M&A Technical Due Diligence

 An Australian-based specialist infrastructure investment manager with over $2.1 Billion in equity funds under management, through their investment bank advisor commissioned Tiger Spider to complete Technical Due Diligence for a large Australasian bus fleet acquisition.

The technical due diligence commenced 4 December 2020 and was completed 18 December 2020. The goals of the technical due diligence were to:
• confirm the asset condition of the existing bus fleet and depots,
• identify any issues or potential risks associated with bus fleet and depots,
• confirm asset and maintenance system records align with physical reality,
• confirm past/future maintenance policies, practices and systems are appropriate, and
• forecasts for capex/opex and upgrades are suitable.
Our scope of work included a review of the Vendor Technical Due Diligence (VTDD) report and included: Asset Overview, Asset Management, Site Inspections and Operating Expenditure (Opex) and Capital Expenditure (Capex) review
